Today's youth are not lost.

That might sound like a bold statement in a world that seems to be pulling the next generation in every direction. But it is the conviction that drives everything we do at Nichole Mieir Ministries.

Fear whispers that the next generation may never know God. The truth is something different entirely: God is ready and willing to meet them. He is not wringing His hands. He is not waiting to see how things turn out. He is moving, and He is drawing youth into His Presence right now.

Encounter is only the beginning.

Being marked by God's Presence is the most powerful thing that can happen to a person. We have seen it. We believe in it. We pray for it. But what happens after the encounter? That is where discipleship becomes the mission.

God will do the work of making Himself known. He does not need us to manufacture the moment. What He is looking for are adults who are ready to steward young people once the fire has been lit. Adults who will walk alongside them, teach them His Word, model His ways, and not let the flame go out for lack of tending.

That is the question we cannot stop asking:
How will we steward them once they have encountered Him?

Nichole Mieir Ministries exists to hold both of these things together. We cultivate atmospheres where the Lord is invited to move among youth. And we equip adults to faithfully walk with those youth in the days, months, and years that follow.

We are raising up a people who are marked by His fire, rooted in His Word, and ready to carry His Kingdom forward.
