Encounter and Discipleship
We carry a burning conviction: today’s youth are not lost to the world—they are poised to encounter the living God. While fear whispers that the next generation may never know Him, the truth is this: God is ready and willing to meet them with His Presence. Encounter.
We believe that being forever-marked by God’s Presence is only the beginning. From that place, we are called to walk with Him in lifelong discipleship—learning His ways, living in His love, and carrying His fire into every sphere of life.
Our role as adults is critical. God will draw the youth in; He will do the work of making Himself known. But the question remains: how will we steward them once they’ve encountered Him? Discipleship.
Nichole Mieir Ministries exists to cultivate an atmosphere of invitation for the Lord to ignite Youth, and to equip adults to faithfully nurture and disciple them. Nichole, zealous for the Lord and full of faith in what He is doing in the earth, leads with a passion to see generations forever changed— teens and adults alike—by the transforming power of Jesus.
Together, we are raising up a people who are marked by His fire, rooted in His Word, and ready to carry His kingdom forward.

About Nichole
Nichole is a Millenial and was raised in Southern California and served in the United States Navy as a Corpsman. She deployed to Afghanistan with the Marines and loved the Marines so much she married one – OORAH! Their son was born in Japan, and their daughter was born in Florida. Nichole has always been passionate for the Body of Christ, and is a faithful, serving, submitted member in her local Church. Nichole’s favorite thing is co-laboring with the Holy Spirit. Nichole’s favorite thing is seeing lives transformed by Jesus. Nichole’s favorite thing is watching people grow in their relationship with Jesus. Nichole's favorite thing is seeing those who've encountered the Lord become His disciples.
